Cookies are small files a website can store on your device. This page explains what the PourFinder pre-launch website does, and the short version is: very little.
This site uses only strictly necessary cookies
The pre-launch site is a simple information page with an interest form. It does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third party tracking. It does not build a profile of you or follow you around the web.
Because there is nothing optional to agree to, we do not show a cookie consent banner on this site. Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, consent is not required for cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for.
What the interest form uses
When you submit the interest form, your details are sent to us by email. The form does not store a cookie on your device, and your submission is not saved to a website database. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
Server logs
Separately from cookies, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (for example your IP address and browser type) so the site stays secure and reliable. That is normal for any website and is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Since this site does not rely on cookies to work, doing so will not stop you using it. For general guidance see the ICO's guidance on cookies.
When the app launches
The full PourFinder app will need some strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and it may offer optional cookies too. When that happens, the app will have its own cookie information and, where needed, a consent choice. This page covers the pre-launch site only.
